Spring or fall in the Appalachian Mountains of Georgia and Alabama is hard to beat and seeing this area from the back of a horse adds to the pleasure.
The ride is easy to get to from Atlanta, GA or Chattanooga, TN. This area offers a spectacular display of flowering dogwood, azalea, honeysuckle and rhododendron in the spring and colorful maple and oak foliage in the fall.
You have the option of a weekend ride, "Best of Appalachia Riding" or the full week "South Appalachian Trails" Accommodations on the full week ride can either be at a B&B or Bunkhouse.
Alabama - BEST OF APPALACHIA RIDING - Arrival on Wednesday. Three and one half days of riding with departure on Sunday morning.
