Horseback Riding in Mexico
LA FIESTA CAVALCADE

La Fiesta Cavalcade offers a perfect combination of morning trailriding and afternoon cooking classes. A variety of typical Mexican dishes from different regions of the country will be presented with an emphasis on the fresh produce from local markets.

The morning rides explore the beautiful countryside around Valle de Bravo, just 2.5 hours southwest of Mexico City. Valle de Bravo is a picturesque colonial town with traditional narrow cobblestone streets, houses with red tiled roofs and colorful flower boxes on the balconies. The town is situated on the banks of a beautiful lake of the same name and has a fascinating handicraft market, making Valle de Bravo a popular weekend destination. The riding trails climb into the surrounding mountains with panoramic views of the valley and lake below, thick pine and fir forests, Mexican villages and open farmland with fields of crops and colorful flowers.
